Growing up in the taro fields of Waipio Valley on the Big Island of Hawaii, this humble beginning taught Mark the true principle of Hard Work. He is proud of his Portuguese, Hawaiian, and Chinese heritage. His Father describes Mark like this: "His Portuguese is his mouth, his Hawaiian is his giving heart, and his Chinese is how well he manages his money." One thing you will get to know about Mark is his passion for recognizing and rewarding the talents of others.
Jim has worked in the Transportation Industry since the 1980’s, and invested in the Xcape1 Team in 2002. He is equally comfortable with large group movements and chartering luxury travel services.
As a member of the Xcape1 Team, Renee directs event and ​meeting planning processes and provides strategic counsel to clients. With more than 25 years of hospitality, marketing, public relations and customer service experience, Renee enjoys working directly with clients, helping them to achieve their corporate goals.
Toby’s knowledge of the marketplace makes him an invaluable asset to the Xcape1 team. He has been successful in designing marketing strategies for several successful companies. His understanding of the industry and his strong family values set Xcape1 apart as a leader in the field.
